Dear Curtis Miller,
Just a note to thank you for bringing my husband, Rudy, back from a hearing loss and feeling left out of conversations to being the center of attention and part of corporate conversations.
He seems more relaxed knowing he is not missing anything, be it television or home conversations. I had to laugh...the other night he actually went to bed with his hearing aids in place. They have become a part of him I guess!
Your personal attention to his personal concerns about his hearing loss assurance that you would be right there to make the adjustments necessary for his comfort are in part the reason he is so pleased with his improvements. His confidence in you to bring his hearing loss back to a normal range is amazing as I was sure he would never agree to permanently wear hearing aids. He now realizes how much he was missing and is joining in activities he would have avoided.
Thank you again from both of us. We look forward to seeing you on a regular basis to get the optimum results.

I couldn't be happier regarding my initial experiences using Phonak's iCom.
Using the included stereo pin plug cable, I was able to directly connect the iCom to my iPod. Then, without any configuration, songs could be streamed (in stereo) directly to my aids. I was favorably impressed by the quality of the audio, and by using the big front button on the iCom I could easily switch from listening to music to engaging in a conversation. Listening to an iPod in this way also eliminates the use of bulky headphones. Now I can even go back to wearing a wide brimed hat while hiking and listening to my iPod ... through my comfortable hearing aids. No more ear buds ... ever.

I wish to congratulate the tribe for its selection of Olympic Hearing Center and Dr. Curtis Miller as the tribes hearing specialist.
In the past I had experienced disappointment in Hearing Advantage as my hearing health care provider. With little or no help from them I decided to curtail many of the activities that I had enjoyed in the past such as Sunday School teaching, Prayer counseling, playing guitar and singing at local nursing homes here on the peninsula and even avoiding crowds because of my lack of hearing.
But that all changed when I went to my appointment with Dr. Miller at Olympic Hearing Center in Sequim. He is a very professional, considerate, and caring man with a delightful staff.
The product from Phonak Distributers he chose for me couldn't have been a better fit. My hearing aides are great! I am back doing the things I enjoy the most thanks to your most excellent care provider.
Thank you.

When my children were young I taught them a song that said, "(italics) Whenever I hear the song of a bird;...or the roar of the deep blue sea;...Whenever I hear the rustling of the leaves on the tree, I think what a beautiful world Heavenly Father has given to me." (end italics)
Over the last ten years I had forgotten how beautiful those sounds were to hear.
Over the past couple of months I've been reacquainted with beautiful sounds, and sometimes not so beautiful sounds, of the world.
Thank you for your understanding, your kindness and especially your patience with me as you have helped me to again hear. You have reopened the world to me. I had gotten to a point where I didn't like being around people or talking on the phone because I couldn't understand what was being said.
Unless someone has a hearing problem, I don't think they have a true understanding of the impact it has on your life. I've told several of my friends about your services and the professionalism that you demonstrate.
Again I thank you!
Sincerely,
Carol Zane
